  1. When it rain, out of your room. Feel the scent of mire and close your eyes. Or, you can sipping a cup of warm tea bit by bit.
  2. If not rain, out of your room, find shade, and feel the gusts of wind with eyes close.
  3. If you can’t imagine it, you can sit comfortably. Close your eyes and imagine a comfortable place you think. Close your eyes, and imagine a comfortable place you think. For examples: A rice field, a beach, or a waterfall.
  4. If you cannot imagine it, you can sit comfortably, choose a picture of comfortable place you think, put  the picture on your desk or make it your computer background. Looked at! So, you can feel if you in that place.
